After a week in Boca, it was time to move further south down the keys. Key West was our place of residence for the next month. We spent most of our days cruising up and down the lower keys looking for fish, food, tiki bars and any other sort of entertainment we could find. The No Name Pub (pictured above), on No Name Key, was a favorite watering hole. Lots of tarpon rolling in the waters nearby as well.
We spent a day or two in a boat as well, searching the flats. The weather wasn’t overly cooperative, but we made it work. Redfish, cuda, sharks, jacks and a few other randoms were in the mix. But the cloudy/windy conditions made it pretty tough. We did manage to jump a few baby tarpon though, which was a first and an absolute riot.
