The following applies to all Montana fly fishing trips booked and organized by First Cast Outfitters. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as all terms are binding once a Montana fly fishing trip is booked with First Cast Outfitters. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts the deposit, cancellation, refund and responsibility clauses set fourth by First Cast Outfitters.

All Montana fly fishing trips require a 50% deposit. This deposit is completely refundable up to 30 days prior to your trip with First Cast Outfitters. Due to the nature of the Montana fly fishing trip business, short notice cancellations are usually very hard to re-book and represent an irretrievable loss of income for the Montana fly fishing guide. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the deposit unless the Montana fly fishing guide and First Cast Outfitters can re-book the day. If First Cast Outfitters can not fill that day, the deposit will be given to the Montana fly fishing guide and First Cast Outfitters to help offset the loss of the day.

In the event of inclement weather, First Cast Outfitters reserves the right to cancel all Montana fly fishing trips. First Cast Outfitters will do everything possible to rebook the trip as soon as possible and in conjunctions with the clients needs. If rescheduling the trip is not an option, First Cast Outfitters may offer either a partial or full refund to the client.

Please note: While First Cast Outfitters is happy to accept all major credit cards, there will be a 3% fee for all transactions over $1,000.
